PAYMENT
We gladly accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Affirm and Apple Pay).
Upon receiving your order, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure adequate funds for the transaction. This pre-authorization is finalized once the order is packed and ready for shipment. In case of incomplete or incorrect billing or shipping information, we will contact you for confirmation before dispatching your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Project.D operates on a no-returns, no-refunds, and no-exchanges policy. All sales are considered final. Please ensure careful review of your order before completing your purchase.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to the following states: AR, CO, D.C., GA, HI, IL, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NJ, NY, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, and WI.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Kindly allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, followed by an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes.
Continental USA: $12 (2-7 days)
Hawaii & Alaska: $27 (5-10 days)
Regrettably, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be promptly sent to you. Once your order is dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be forwarded to your provided email address.
